Start with a Consultation to set goals and receive a program recommendation.
Initial Consultation, $220 (for basic training goals)
Behavior Modification Consultation, $260 (for emotion-based problems such as reactivity and fear)
Following the Consultation, most clients can expect 4-6 follow-up sessions, and may choose to pay:
